Understand that submitting an encounter does not guarantee that we will be able to determine exactly what happened. Not every unusual experience necessarily has a supernatural explanation, and we will not claim certainty where there is none.

We aim for a  2-3 week lead time to follow up on any cases.

Please do not include sensitive personal information such as your full address, phone number, passwords, or other information you would not want publicly shared. We will NEVER share your private information without consent.
